- Food and Beverage Supply: Provision of food and beverage products such as canned drinks, nuts, grains, fruits, vegetables, poultry products, and tubers.
- Broker Services: Facilitation of transactions between buyers and sellers in international trade.
4. Service Agreements
- Scope: The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a service agreement or quotation provided to the Client.
- Modifications: Any changes or additions to the agreed services must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Client Obligations
- Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. GTTAT is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Compliance: Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their use of our services.
- Payments: Clients must make timely payments for services as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable once incurred.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees: Fees for GTTAT’s services will be detailed in the service agreement or quotation. Fees may be fixed, commission-based, or a combination, depending on the service.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
7. Termination
- Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their engagement with GTTAT by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of any obligation to pay for services rendered before termination.
- Termination by GTTAT: GTTAT reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to meet their obligations. In such cases, GTTAT may also seek compensation for losses incurred.
8. Confidentiality
- Protection of Information: GTTAT will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
- Client Obligations: Clients must ensure that any confidential information they share with GTTAT is protected and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
9. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: GTTAT’s liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. GTTAT is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold GTTAT harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the services or breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, according to the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
11. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: GTTAT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
